Wellness Tip - Keep your hamstrings flexible.

If your hamstrings are too tight, it can pull your pelvis out of alignment. Maintain flexibility by stretching them every day. To properly stretch your hamstring, lie on your back with your legs extended. Then lift one leg and pull it toward you, holding on to your calf. Hold the stretch for ten seconds. Do four to ten repetitions, and then switch legs.
